In the third quarter of 2025, the business app landscape on Android in Nigeria showed interesting trends. Here’s a look at the performance of the top five business apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Cryptoguru: Trading Simulator saw a significant climb in weekly downloads, peaking at around 87K in mid-August before tapering off towards the end of September, closing at about 29K. Meanwhile, the app maintained a consistent number of weekly active users, ranging from approximately 333K to 415K throughout the quarter.

Gocrypto: Crypto Trading experienced a steady increase in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads grew from 9.7K at the start of July to over 43K by the end of September. Active users also showed an upward trend, starting at roughly 137K and reaching 285K by the quarter’s end.

LinkedIn: Jobs & Business News maintained a strong presence with weekly revenue hovering around $11K and peaking at $13.5K in early July. Downloads saw a notable rise, particularly in September, reaching up to 45K. Active users remained consistently high, peaking at over 3.6M in early September.

Meta Business Suite showed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 19K and rising to over 31K by the end of September. Active user numbers fluctuated but remained robust, peaking at around 469K in early July.

Zoom Workplace recorded steady weekly revenue, with figures ranging from $7.5K to $9.5K. Downloads saw an increase, particularly in early September, reaching up to 33K. Active users hovered around the 1.4M mark throughout the quarter.
